 ituated in central Namibia, the Brandberg has produced some very special Amethyst Crystals over the past few years.
Some display light Amethyst veils, sometimes as phantoms, while others have a rich purple colour. Occasionally the crystals have a slight tint of Smokey Quartz, too.
Some of the Brandberg Crystals have fluid inclusions, where there is both water and Carbon Dioxide trapped within a cavity in the crystal. These are known as Enhydros.
Brandberg Amethysts are very special. They are usually clear and bright, and have an almost "living" energy!
